> This item is oversize and must ship specially crated to ensure no damages. We can deliver this to MOST areas within the mainland.  Please note delivery is "curbside". The delivery driver can't do any unpacking or inside delivery. They will call 1 or 2 days in advance to schedule a good delivery time. 

** Some areas will have an additional charge for delivery. These are NYC, Long Island areas, Florida Keys, and some other islands off the mainland US which are hard to reach by the freight carriers. ** We have found some remote areas can have a slightly higher cost.

RETURNS / DAMAGES:
We do stand behind all the products we sell. If an item is defective, we will gladly replace it at our cost. If damaged, we will replace it at our cost. We do also accept returns for a refund within 14 days of arrival. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned items. All items must be returned complete, with all accessories including original box. We do not pay return shipping on refunds, but we do pay return shipping if an item is faulty and we are replacing it. All items are in stock and available for preview / testing / inspection in our San Diego area warehouse. We welcome customers to see or try and item before they purchase.
