(1)Simply Zinful Garlic Salsa by Gil's GourmetIn 1989, on the realization that America's taste buds were heating up, Gil Tortolani opened up Gil's Gourmet Gallery and Hot Shop on Monterey's historic Cannery Row. Hot Shops, in those days, were a new thing: shops dedicated to making and/or selling specialty hot sauces. Gil's was one of the original Hot Shops in the nation, offering up rare treats like Gil's XXXtra Hot Garlic Salsa, one of the world's hottest salsas at the time, featuring habaneros and garlic fresh from neighboring Gilroy. The business quickly evolved and has grown year over year ever since.
Pear tomatoes, coarsely chopped marinated garlic (fresh from neighboring Gilroy - the Garlic Capital of the World), herbs, peppers, zesty spices, and a generous amount of Zinfandel wine combine to make this gourmet treat.

JB’s Best is a brand of Milo’s, a specialty foods company based in Athens, Ohio. Founded in 2003 by Jonathan Milo Leal, Vino de Milo has grown from 3 pasta sauces into a full line of from-scratch-made products, encompassing salad dressings, pasta sauces, bruschetta toppings, salsas, and BBQ sauces. Unlike many food companies, Vino di Milo makes all of the products themselves, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

- Triple Pepper Salsa Verde: JB starts with fresh, mild poblano peppers and fire-roasts them to bring out the sweetness before adding serrano and jalapeño peppers, tomatillos, and lime! Even though it has three peppers in it, this is still a mild salsa — the peppers give it lots of flavor!
