Fiesta de Carne is a celebration of meats from Spain, including Sobrasada - Spanish Style Cured Sausage (16 oz) with a soft texture and deep, wine color which comes from the large quantities of pimenton and black pepper used in flavoring it, Jamon Iberico by Fermin (2 oz), an exceptional, thinly-sliced Iberico ham from the Fermin family; Lomo Iberico de Bellota by Fermin (2 oz), dry-cured pork loin, rubbed with smoked pimenton de la Vera, olive oil, garlic, nutmeg, and oregano; Chorizo by Palacios (7.9 oz) whose meat and natural ingredients are carefully selected, creating a smoky, earthy, sweet and tangy sausage, Chistorra (7 oz) which is prepared over burning coals and is made with pork, paprika, and garlic, Serrano Ham - Sliced (3.5 oz), a cured Spanish ham from the famed white pig, found only in Spain's mountainous regions, and an igourmet Signature Cheese Serving Knife (8 oz) made of heavy-weight 1.5mm 3Cr13 stainless steel construction.
