Fontinella - Whole Wheel
Fontinella melts beautifully in sauces and casseroles, and is superb in grilled sandwiches. In fact, the name comes from the Italian word "fondere", which means melt. Today, many chefs use Fontinella as a zesty, change-of-pace flavor on pizza.
