Full Moon Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500 mls)
Produced only from arbequino olives, this multiple
award-winning extra virgin olive oil hails from the province of Caceres in
Spain. Packed in a stylish jet-black bottle, Full Moon is harvested in October
and is best savored by drizzling over raw fish, gently cooked vegetables, or
thin slices of seared chicken and pork. Full Moon is an oil with a very intense,
fruity flavor, reminiscent of fresh herbs, banana, and strawberry. The finish is
slightly peppery and bitter, with a lingering spicy tingle.
