LÍAntica Rocca is USDA Organic from the Val dÍOrcia valley of Tuscany. Made with hard durum wheat in the Tuscan tradition, it is of exceptional quality. This pasta in exclusively produced with organically grown durum wheat semolina from the Orcia Valley in Tuscany, an area with an extraordinary vocation for good food, such as Brunello di Montalcino wine and Pecorino di Pienza cheese. The quality of their pasta, starts from the raw material, a durum wheat semolina which is particularly rich in gluten thanks to the relative dryness of the area and the physical characteristics of the ground. It then continues with the total control of the production chain, from the selection of the seed to the finished product, including milling, bronze-drawing, slow and natural drying at low temperatures, packing and distribution.
