Spanish Goat Cheese Collection includes: Majorero (8 oz), made from unpasteurized goat's milk, our Majorero is cured, and has a lively acidity and a slight piquancy on the palate; Rosy Goat (8 oz), rubbed with chopped rosemary and aged for 45 days, Rosy Goat (known as Caprillice in Spain) maintains a soft texture with a full goaty flavor that is wonderfully accented by the resinous rosemary; Buenalba with Pimenton (8 oz), Buenalba is made with raw goat's milk and cured with Pimenton de la Vera; and Murcia al Vino (8 oz), a wine-bathed cheese is made from pasteurized goat's milk in Murcia region of Spain.
