Syrian Cheese, also known as Jibni, is a typical Arab cheese. Just slice or chunk and fry in olive oil as you would Halloumi. This Syrian Cheese is fresh and buttery tasting, but not quite as salty as Halloumi. Enjoy this standard Arabic breakfast dish with scrambled eggs, bread, tomatoes, and cucumber. Try it tossed in salads, cooked or uncooked.
