Made with raw goat's milk at Haystack Mountain's farm, it is aged for 60 days to develop its powerful balanced and complex flavor; Barely Buzzed by Beehive Cheese Co. (8 oz), this award-winning cheese is hand rubbed with a Turkish grind of Colorado Legacy Coffee Company's (The Cheesemakers brother) "Beehive Blend". The blend consists of a mix of South American, Central American, and Indonesian beans roasted to different styles; Black Mesa Jalapeno Chevre - (6 oz) fresh, soft and clean on the palate; and Tamarisk Raw Honey (11.5 oz), Tamarisk is a pesky tree perhaps, but its feather-like purple blooms provide a rich source of food for the bees in the desert.
