- Villa Manodori Extra Virgin Olive Oil: This extra virgin olive oil has a pure, wonderfully spicy, green tomato flavor which comes from the handpicked, cold-pressed olives used to make Villa Manodori This versatile oil, produced from Mariaolo and Leccino olives, is smoother than most "peppery" Tuscan oils - perfect for when a less assertive taste is desired. Use Villa Manodori extra virgin olive oil to make dressings for salads, vegetables and fish. Brush on grilled country bread to make traditional Italian bruschetta. (500 ml)
- Villa Manodori Balsamic Vinegar Artigianale: Villa Manodori Artigianale is crafted from the must of locally grown trebbiano grapes and aged red wine vinegar. It is matured for 10 to 20+ years in small barrels of oak, chestnut and juniper woods, yielding a balsamic of dark rich color, intense aroma and syrupy consistency. It incredibly intensifies the flavors of 22 month Grana Padano and grilled meats, yet is still sweet enough to drizzle over strawberries or ice cream. (250 ml)
