Yuzu Kosho Rub
A classic Japanese condiment, Kosho literally means "pepper.". This full-flavored rub is made of Yuzu zest, kombu seaweed, chile pepper and salt. This gives it a mix of bright citrus, umami from the kombu, and heat from the pepper. A must for yakitori or barbecue. Rub on pork, beef, fish or chicken, or add to one-pots and stir-fry dishes. Spread on pizza dough, add to pasta sauces, marinades, salad dressings, soups, and eggs. An economical and exceptionally diverse condiment! Available in red or green pepper.Varieties sold separately.
